Investment Casting Foundry
Precision loss wax casting process including, Wax Injection, Wax Assembly, Shell Molding, Melting, Shell Cracking, Shot Blasting, Cutting, Grinding, Heat treatment and Pickling. Quality Validation such as Dimensional Inspection, Chemical Composition, Hardness testing, Mechanical Properties, Non-destructive Examination and Visual Inspection. Approved Technological Specification such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and AD2000W5 (Cast steel for Pressure Vessels).
Machining Line
Equipped with CNC lathing machine, Precision drilling Machine, Surface-grinding machines, Threading Machines, CNC machining center and Milling machines.
Assembly Line
Equipped with Ultra sonic cleaning facility, Assembly facilities with adjustable torsion, Shell strength testing facilities and Seat tightness testing facilities. Approved Technological Specification such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).
OEM Metal parts
We also make various kinds of OEM metal parts and metal parts assembly like metal stamped parts, metal machined parts, metal parts assembly by welding, riveting, screw, etc. Most of the materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, Alloy, brass are available with us.
The surface treatment covers bright / yellow / black zinc plating, chrome plating, hot dip galvanization, nickel plating, brass plating, tin plating, powder coating, paint, anodization, electrophoresis, phosphating, dacromet, etc. We can reach the tolerance requirements 0.01mm.
